playing tunes by ear
In these videos, you will be able to develop your ability to play by ear. Watch, listen and play along to one of the ‘melody’ videos below first and when you are feeling more confident, try to play the melody with the ‘accompaniment’ video. The notated melodies can be found in slides at the end of each video. Playing by ear is a great way to really connect your musical mind to your instrument.
